Everyone loves cake. Well, everyone it seems, except me. And that is because I rarely have tasted one that I enjoy. They always are filled with so many layers, taste like cardboard or are too sweet for my buds. Also, many people think box cakes are just as good as a cake from scratch but I can tell the difference the moment it hits my lips. If I am eating cake, most times - it is to be polite. Now, my secret is out…
So, I will be having a dessert table that will include some of our favorite treats and a small cake for tradition’s sake. It will be modern, and white without all the fillings. And you can bet that I will go out of my way to make sure it tastes delicious.
